Conveniently located near Shinagawa Station. Easy check-in and luggage storage available. Room was modern, clean, and larger than other hotels. Some stains on the duvet, but quickly replaced. Furnishings seem to have been renovated.

This place is just in front of a major train station which is very convenient for travelers like me. The staff is friendly and the housekeeping is great. I appreciated the free toiletries and the in-room safe. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch and I enjoyed watching it while resting on the comfortable carpeted floor.
This venue is highly recommended for families as well.

The hotel is conveniently located just across the main train station of Shinagawa, making it easy to access transportation to other parts of the city. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the bathroom was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were plentiful, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained.
